REQUIRED SKILL SETS
10 - 12 years' experience in implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments.
Practical experience in working in a variety of business areas with IT.
Understanding experience of the various disciplines within IT and how the relate to each other.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement and empowerment.
