To provide technical support for bulk messaging (SMS) applications - Valued Added Services (VAS).
Troubleshooting, customization, enhancements and support.
REQUIRED SKILL SETS
A completed relevant bachelor’s degree or 3-year National diploma.
5-8 years’ experience providing Application / Technical Support.
Must have solid experience in supporting or administrating MS Windows.
Technical exposure should include MS SQL Server and Linux.
Ideal if the individual has been exposed to supporting Messaging Systems / Applications (Telecommunications).
