INTRODUCTION
Lead the Enterprise Cloud and Security Team in order to achieve business growth targets across all vertical markets.
Lead all Cloud and Security solutions within the business.
Hold the overall profit and loss accountability for the Cloud and Security line of business supported by other business functions.
Design, implement and sustain an effective operating model for Cloud and Security Solutions.
REQUIRED SKILL SETS
Minimum requirement is a completed 4 Year Tertiary qualification in Commerce or equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years in Enterprise Cloud and Security environment and leading a team and execution thereof is essential.
Manager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in a relevant sector/ industry, working across diverse cultures and geographies.
Experience in working in matrix structures and leading through influence and cross-collaboration.
Proven track record in delivering on Enterprise revenue targets and profitability.
Profit and loss experience is essential.
